The issues are sorted very quickly, methodically and using a remote log me in package, you do not have to spend hours on the phone or email. They ask for your permission and then move around your machine in front of your eyes (wherever you are), you then communicate through a live instant chat and when the problem is sorted you can see they have logged out and the program has closed, therefore not having to worry about confidentiality.
